Founded in the 1950s by Aníbal Silva Freitas, Fernão Pó Winery grew up linked to the region’s winemaking tradition. At that time, the village of Fernando Pó was a pilgrimage point for families coming from all over the country in search of the best wines to supply themselves throughout the year.

With the desire to pay tribute to the family tradition and inspired by the unique landscape of the plain of sandy soils in the village of Fernando Pó, we created a new visual expression of permanence and heritage for the brand’s entry range with a more balanced image and connected to the terroir.

The result was simple, balanced and catchy labels clearly related to the landscape where Fernão Pó Winery was created, focusing on the peculiarity of the sandy soils of the region, allowing a better introduction and awareness in the POS.
